Sorry I didn't catch that 's' - I do change a lot of them, believe it or not....

I generally don't use the protein powders much (and many I had from before KETO attempts.).

I have a protein powder but I haven't been able to use it at all, since I have a hard enough time staying under 60g as well.

lol i'm out of this one. i have enough trouble keeping my protein under 60 grams a day without adding more. Hope you find one that fits for you!

It is hemp protein powder (which you buy I presume) plus cocoa powder and a few other things.

Ah ... the second link is looking similar. So you don't actually make the protein powder yourself, you buy an unflavoured type of powder, and add flavourings too it. Now it makes sense, otherwise this looked like a lot of work.

Even pea protein, I can grow peas, but it is going to be quite an effort to extract the pea protein from them, but if I buy pea protein, ...

On a lark, I decided to see if there were any Do It Yourself recipes on SparkPeople SparkRecipes that I might be interested in - to my surprise, there was a DIY Protein Powder recipe! I was really surprised. It had NEVER occurred to me I could make my own.

A blog by VHALKYRIE and she's just adding coconut milk and cream to make it a high fat low carb medium protein - DUH! Why didn't I think of that (and no wonder the instructions with protein powder is so anemic and unfilling, all that water and ice cubes. I have like 5 or 6 containers of various this or that stupendous protein powders because I didn't like the way they tasted that well....).
