Welcome! I agree, James and so many people here have such good info to share.

Ive tried BPC. It wasn't for me. It was too much work for just alright. I used to put so much cream and sugar or flavor or whatever to make it drinkable. Now I just add HWC and drink it that way.

Hi Deberah.

I too just drink regular coffee, a few cups 1-3 in the morning with whipping cream. I don't try to load any other fat into my coffee. It could work for some, and like drinking it too, I just haven't tried it.

Welcome Deborah. You are doing amazing and I bet you could see it in your before pictures. Or pictures from before. I measure the same as before but I can finally see a difference. Don't know why the tape doesn't show it but maybe I used to pull the tape tighter - LOL!

James is very helpful - you are sure right about that.

And the coffee is horrid - You are right about that too! Plain old whipping cream for my coffee.

I have been reading everyone's posts and learning lots. I don't post too often (maybe I should). I have been doing Keto woe for a few months now and have lost 34lbs People are noticing (I however, don't see any difference in the mirror). Today I tried the Bullet Proof Coffee.... oh YUCK. Having said that, I did drink the whole thing and it did bring me into the 70% Fat for the day. I have not had difficultly getting off the bread train as I thought I would. For the newbies ... listen to James he has a lot of excellent advice. So do many of the others.
