Welcome back.

I don't think weight loss is something whose ultimate goal is done in one run. One can loose some weight, then hold steady or not gain too much back, then go at it again.

The Keto way of eating gives you a tool to do it.

Hi all been away since March. Started my Keto journey at 310 and fell off the Keto train in about March, but I did continue to maintain some control. Got back on the train this past Tuesday. I started at 290 with a 3 day fast and am down to 283. Feeling positive, but still battling hunger pains. Ketosis has not fully kicked in I guess, but mood and energy is very good. Keep on Ketoing on everybody.
