Hello? Anyone here? Well I am just checking in. Back to the gym tonight. Trainer got me again. 40 min on the treadmill with varying inclines (was supposed to be 15 but I think he planned otherwise!!). Then the dreaded upper body workout. I DO NOT like push ups. Can't do them well at all! So 1.5 hours at the gym today. Off day tomorrow. Wednesday he is planning lower body....my quads are still sore from Friday! Oh well, that is what I want I suppose.

Don't really know how to track my fitness though as many of the things I do are not listed. Oh well, I definitely know what I did!

Hope you are feeling better Jenna and stacy!, will be back on Wednesday!

Hey gang...went to the gym again today. Did one more hour of personal training for my lower body. I have already determined that anything regarding activity with my legs this weekend will be a challenge!! Lol....walking, getting up, sitting down...anything!!! Lol!!! It feels really good to have been to the gym 5 out of 8 days! Yay!!! Plan to go at least 3 times per week and if able, 4. One day upper body/abs, one day lower body/abs, and 1-2 days cardio/abs...that be my plan!! Do this for about 4-5 weeks then see. Will have my trainer evaluate my stuff weekly (he may modify reps or weight...he already did that for my upper arms after only two times...yikes!!! Looking forward to the results!! Scale didn't cooperate with me today..that is ok, I know body is adjusting to what I am doing to it!! Lol!!! I feel good though!!

emoticon Have A Great Friday & Weekend Everyone..

I'm injured at the moment.. emoticon

Plus, I was up/down all night with horrible acid reflux and then throwing up. *sigh*

I slipped on ice in the server alley (no one swept up!!) and my left foot rolled and I spent the whole night limping all over the restaurant. The top of my foot is the most painful.

Once home, I ate spicy food and peppers which then I paid for overnight! *shaking my head*

No sleep, I feel like crap, my foot is killing me and I have no choice but to go to work and close. (can't call in bc they want a dr. note and we have no ins. So, I cannot be written up. I need my transfer to go through for the move!)

Needless to say I have not been able to work out now!

hello everybody being working all sorts of ours and lots of appointments that needed to be made and none were right here in a nearby town of course a different each time. Being somewhat still trying to be good easier said then done however the numbers are not really moving up or down just a pound not bad but everybody you ll all doing so great so full of energy. Well I must go everybody is ready to get before we head to the fire department till later

Hey gang....went to the gym this morning before work...(knew I could not go tomorrow due to work)...took my own excuse away...yay!!! Have an appointment with my trainer on Friday to do lower body. (Kinda scared if my arms were any indication!!). But I am going!! Feeling no regrets with joining my gym at all!! Went twice last week and will be three times this week....curious to see how stronger I will be in a month and begin to see changes....excited....can u tell???

Didn't get to start BL Week 3 of Power Train bc of all the packing. This time off was very important to use every minute to get packed bc we will be taking a scary step next week by giving our notice to land-lord. Let the house hunting begin back home in TX!!

So, for the rest of this week I will switch to an old favorite: Richard Simmons Disco Sweat (Cardio - Medium Impact) and his Tone & Sweat Strength Training w/Resistance Bands.

Nothing wrong with starting over, Mary ... I've done it many-a-time ;) Perseverance is the key ... you're not giving up and that's the most important thing!

You are doing awesome, Grace! I am really hoping to get a strength training regime going ... I have weight yet to lose too but I know I would look and feel much better with some toning and strengthening as well. I'm just having a hard time making myself do it :/

Hey gang! A new week and I stayed within my calorie range and got my workout it. Still sore a bit in my arms so my trainer recommended cardio and abs. Did 40 min on the treadmill and ab work. Will learn the leg workout Friday... He has warned me that walking may be hard...oh goody, if my arms were any indication, ought to be an interesting weekend!! Lol!!! On track....yay for me!!!

Will talk later... Gotta get laundry put away!!

Morning to All,

Got on the scale this morning and saw a number I am definitely not happy with! Reset my weight goals and am going to start over. Going to get myself in gear and back on track.

It is raining here which doesn't happen often in the summer. I am really enjoying the cooler temperatures.

Congratulations to all of you who have lost pounds and have remained so committed to losing weight and getting healthier!

Makes sense though after losing over 3 lbs with inches lost as well the past two weigh-ins..

Yes, I have had to bite my tongue so MANY times! hahaha! What keeps you going are the regulars that treat you right, tip well and become your friends.
One of my favs is a sweet little 88-year-old lady that comes in with her son every Thursday and Saturday to sit in my section. They tip awesome and we enjoy each other. She even gave me a beautiful butterfly scarf as a "going-away gift!" Made me tear up! So sweet!

Hope that muscle soreness doesn't last too long for you, Grace! That's why I'm afraid of the strength training ... might set off a fibro flare :( But at least you have today to recover before you go back for more tomorrow ;) The best part is once you get into a habit of it it won't bother you so much :)

Hey gang...it is true...I am sooooo sore! emoticon wasn't too bad this morning but as the day and evening progressed, more sore. Then I went to dinner with my hubby and of course my trauner was there too...go figure! He said hi to me, met my husband, and checked on hiw I was, which I thought was nice. Going back to the gym on Monday...may do another hour this week and split it with my friend to lessen the cost. Time to discover what I can do and who I can be...

Stacy.... so sorry that you had such a rough night at work! I agree that I could NEVER be a server.

Not sure how to feel about my weigh in tomorrow. I haven't had a lose in WEEKS.... mostly been gaining. I'm hoping that this was my week to take at least a small step in the right direction. I will post tomorrow!

I have the utmost respect for you, Stacy ... I could NEVER be a server because I would probably either have a heart attack from my blood pressure going through the roof or I might kill somebody. My daughter comes home with the same stories from Olive Garden (and she's just a hostess, not a server). And seriously, if you're going to eat out at a restaurant that HAS servers, then there should be an automatic at least 10%, 15% would be better, gratuity added to ALL orders, regardless of the number of people. I'm not sure that most people realize servers aren't even making minimum wage as base pay and that tips are their primary income. And that's not even counting the people who DO know and tip lousy 'just because they can' ... it should not be allowed!
Sorry ... got off on a rant right along with you, lol! But I say vent away here whenever you need to because it's better than ending up in jail ... like 'I' would :P

So happy for ya!

My weigh-in should be a good one tomorrow. emoticon

I really watched my sodium and carbs this week. Plus the work outs! emoticon

Last night was a HORRIBLE night at work!!! emoticon

We had TOO MANY servers working which gave many of us 2-3 tables only.. THEN, at one point I had 1 table bc my tables were taken away to make "big tops for big parties." Too many servers were splitting it so I did not want to work the table with them bc the tip was going to be low and I didn't want to do all the running around for NO MONEY!

I made $38 on a BUSY-BUSY Friday Night! That has broke a new record!

The worst I have done the entire year & a half I have worked there.

Worked my tail off and ran my legs off for chump change!

I had a LONG talk with the general manager and told her that will be the LAST time I stick around if that's how it's going to be. (too many servers/not enough tables.) I will just clock out and go home! Waste of my time and energy!

This would not be an issue IF CORP-Cracker Barrel would START GRATUITY for tables of 7 or more!!!!!!

At our location, big parties do not even tip 10% most of the time!!! (it is up to 20% now!!)

We have people with $100 tickets that get excellent service, run us like crazy and leave $5 to $8 ??? REALLY?!

Go to a DRIVE-THRU!!!

Sorry y'all... Needed to get that off my chest!

I'm still angry... LOL

There is just no tellin' in this line of work! I had a 4-top table leave me a $20 tip Thursday night and their ticket only came to $43.00 ...Made my night! Bragged on me to manager as well. Right after them I had 2 people leave $5 which was 20% of their ticket and they left great comments. I made $25 in less than 30 minutes.

Just never know.....

Hey gang! Thanks Stacy!! I went to the gym today, paid for a personal trainer for an hour (actually got 1.5 hours and he did not care, he liked to chatter!!). I did upper body and core. Seriously concerned that I won't be able to use my arms tomorrow though, lol!!! I realized that I have been seriously lacking in strength training...so used to cardio type workouts. My trainer said that I would probably kick his butt in cardio as he just incorporates it in strength. I wanted to give up as I got frustrated but he was awesome. May have to save some dollars to meet with him to do the lower body.

I think it was with it although pricy. He said that one day in the near future we will laugh at how today went. I know he is right but I have a ways to go!! Need to she'd done of this insulation as he called it and some things will get easier. He was very supportive and empathetic.

That was my day today. ;-)

Matt: I understand what you mean! NE AR has long winters and this time around was the worst! We were still gettin' snow in April! Now bc of the move back home to Texas, summer will surely fly by and we'll be stuck inside so much bc of moving/unpacking; setting up new place. By the time we are 100% settled it will be fall! At least we will be back home though and TX is a lot warmer in the winter than NE AR! hahaha emoticon

Villy - I agree with you about the days getting shorter. As a kid my mom would tell me the same thing and up until several years ago I never gave it much thought. Both you and her are so right.

Dawn - I can fully understand the swimsuit problem! I have a pool and will only swim with my kids and not when we may have friends over.

Not doing well at all lately. Really struggling to stay in control with the whole tracking, exercise and portion control.

I'm doing well this week, although I had a very depressing experience yesterday putting on a bathing suit for the first time this year.... Neither my "fat" bathing suit or my maternity suit looked good. I should bite the bullet and go shopping for a new one before my vacation next week, but that thought makes me even sadder!!

Hey Guys, haven't been on here for a couple of days or so; actually cant remember last day I emailed all of you. Things are going steady; work is as crazy as usual. The restaurant business is booming in N.E. Ohio. Sun is shining and people are drinking and eating to celebrate the short summer that we get to enjoy. I am actually a little depressed as the first day of summer is upon us. For most of you that is probably a sign of celebration. For me it is a bummer cause it means the longest day of daylight is upon us and now we start getting shorter and shorter days. It starts in the morning losing about a minute of daylight a day and then after a week or so the nighttime hours start to turn back. I actually use 4th of July as my barometer. It is around this time that I start to here the tree crickets chirping or whatever they are. I know it depresses me. It wont be long before the back to school sales start; football practice starts (that is a good thing) and the horrible "Labor Day" will be here. I am sorry if I left you a little down. Maybe that is why my nickname is "Johnny Raincloud"

Hi Everyone! emoticon

Had a busy day yesterday... Hubby and I celebrated our 20th Anniversary.. We relaxed a bit, went out for Mexican food and then stopped off at Target for a new board game. (we love games/cards!) We bought Blokus and it's so much fun! We really enjoy it.

Gotta drink A LOT of water today and work out hard bc of the Mexican food and sodium! LOL

Tomorrow it's back to work!

We only got the kitchen/dining room decor (on counters and walls) packed/accomplished this time. It was a lot! emoticon

Next time off we will knock out the living room. Then, we will have enough packed/a great start so we can begin house hunting back home in TX! emoticon

Today my focus and tasks will be to get a hard work out in, drink water, finish up laundry, make a quick grocery visit to pick up things we are running out of, fix dinner and get things ready for work.

Hey gang!! Well I did it...joined a local gym...hopefully that will help with my accountability a few days a week. It is less than 5 minutes from work. Hope to go there 2-3 times a week and do some wii on the weekend. I am optimistic and now that I don't have my dog and my hubby doesn't get home til 7ish...there is time and no distractions of home.

Will hope to get online later to catch up...take care all!!

Hey friends!! Sorry I have been missing for a bit!!! My plan has not worked out like I had hoped!!! did good for a short period then stalled again....

Next week is a new week. I plan on joining a local gym on Monday...maybe that will help me get back on track. So wish it would kick back in for me.... emoticon Been a little discouraged but that is not new for me....

On a different note, I have registered to take my independent licensure test for counseling on 7/8/13...I a very nervous wreck over it (which isn't helping my weight loss)....but eise may help. It is an expensive test if I don't succeed. If (I mean when) I pass my test, I will finish my residency in August and then look for other work alternatives....May entertain going back to my old workplace....who knows where God will lead.....prayers please as I prepare for this test.....Thank you!!!

Stacy that is great on the weight loss I wish I could say the same for me but I gained a pound and I am just thinking I need to put a little extra in the work outs but I just can't seem to feel up to it to do more. As far as the room I have just try to get it dark and I have bought eye pads thing and it has helped but not totally I just need to keep working at that to find the right solution.
Around here in my neck of the woods lots of the friends I have are claiming a large weight loss over time me a grand total of 2 it sure does put a little mmmmm in my step so I am looking at my thoughts and changes I did go from working days to nights so some days it seems I can not get enough food in and others days I do not get in much.in With time I am hoping things will be better there as well.
As far as the food I eat I am jut doing basic simple dishes but just trying to get a small portion at a time and some times it works but some days it seems while I am at work or up in the middle of the night looking for something to do quietly not to disturb anyone till I am ready to sleep so usually that means I eat what does not need to be cooked bad is don't have much in that way that you can say is not just trashing your diet if I wake the dogs by any means the whole house is a wake. Well I guess it is time to rise to go bake a loaf of bread I was waiting for it to rise I am trying to think good thoughts in the mean time

Stacy - You are doing so awesome with your workouts.

Starlight - I got dizzy just reading your schedule for the week. Hope you are able to find a little time to sit and catch your breath.

Was up at 6 and working out by 7:10. I am trying to get in the habit of getting up when my hubby leaves for work and getting the day going, including exercise. Really want to make good use of my summer break.

Even though I am laid off for the next school year, I found out I am on several substitute lists and am #8 on the list to be re-hired if my old job is re-instated. That was good news to me.

Wow, Stacy, you're on fire! Hope the packing is going well?

I just got my schedule for the next week and boy, this is a doozy. This weekend, I'm going to speak at a conference, then moderate a discussion panel, then jet over to Dusseldorf to meet up with some clients and back to the conference for their closing party. Then it's down to Munich, back up to Dusseldorf, maybe a stopover in Zurich (trying to find someone from my team to take that one over, it would take up the time I'd otherwise spend two nights in the same location). Problem is, summer holidays start in my German state at the end of this week (I think), so most of the marrieds-with-kids are out.

Yikes! M is going to gleefully kill me when I call him tonight. That's a LOT of workouts missed!

Do you use black-outs on windows Julie? My husband has always worked 12 hour night shifts so even though he is unemployed at this time, we of course are used to the black outs and they stay on windows. Havin' the room completely dark helps with settling your mind down to understand it is time for sleep.

hello to all getting ready to head to work till 7 am did get some sleep and until I was told it was time to get up just refused to move. My husband kept all the animals out once I must have been asleep for they all went with me to go to sleep. At least when a dog puts their paws up to your nose I must admit you smell the yard unlike the cat kitty liter now that I am ready to head off I am watching the dos trying to play tug a war quietly it is funny.
Starlight shadow I must admit the slowing down for the summer would be nice however adding a extra dog to the household strange enough was a blessing he gets told to play with her and he will leave us alone he is a wild 2 year old that I think does not know what he is he hops likes a rabbit and actually loves it he thinks the bed is a trampoline I think. Our female is a rescue dog which had been there 2 and 1/2 years she on the other hand keeps asking to be rubbed and whines if not being loved but she wrestles with our other big dog to no ends. It I think is a win win situation for all of us.
Stacy you might need to help a little about the sleep answer however I do know that most if not all 12 hour workers at the hospital do not sleep well of course the fact that we must be in both ends of the clock the rest of the work as far as the ones that are lucky to be in I guess works 9 to 5 so I hate when people know I get off a 7 am and call the house a 10 am I ask did I wake you is awful for if you were now you are not for the rest of the day if not the man that mowed the yard at 10 am would have understood my madness for not be able to sleep before I went back to work. I have thought if I get my diet a little more under control the sleep may be easier.

I'm still at work today, then will have a birthday bbq later. It's amazing, but here in Europe, even their bbq is healthy emoticon . I asked whether I could bring some salmon, and they said no problem, they were going to grill veggies and fish anyway. Yay!

I can relate to all those thoughts Stacy I usually get just some sleep once I get home in the morning and sometimes the animals are raring to go when I get there I end up getting frustrated before I lay down then forget it even thought it is between 9 and 10 to finally lay down trust me the male finds some reason to get really loud at 1 which the only way to shut him up is get up and shove outside to unwind himself maybe that is what he wants but I think it is to chase squirrels--hint maybe that is one for the bad in losing my weight no sleep

Julie, emoticon for finding moments at work to move and fit in exercise!

I am feelin' really blah and low today.. Only 4 hrs. sleep.. My hubby has been snoring as of late and last night it seems he was havin' issues with restless leg syndrome as well. emoticon

I'm hoping my son and I can be good examples and inspire him to eat better and work out to get some weight off. I truly think he will stop snoring. (he wasn't doing this until the weight gain) I try to be gentle about it when he keeps me up bc I don't want to hurt his feelings!

I'm feelin' very drained as of late though and really need some good rest!

Gotta be at work at 5 tonight.

Today is a Rest Day from work out.

hello everybody dropping in tonight to catch up while everybody else is asleep

told everybody at work okay the diet is on the vending machine is sort of out of the question the other ladies all agreed yes it is off limits. Hopeful is if I can take the stairs I try to each night which is easier at night at the hospital on those 12 hour nights climb and usually the only ones in the hallways to tall why you are breathing really hard was from running up the stairs is staff. They may giggle when they see me but I know they would be looking that way if they did it and at that point we would be even. I know we all could have that fun but they let me do it all for myself and they tell me ever so often tell me I should go for a trip and burn off some of my energy I laugh thinking okay doing chair squats at the nursing station is getting a bit too much for they are trying to chart and I am going up down up down humming some tune I hate to say but it usually is a Christmas carol or better yet humming one that I am stuck in and can not find the end for nothing. I must admit I am lad to be with some that now don't tell me too stop point blank funny but I even have some of the patients wanting to join me I have been asked to square dance once when I realized at a moment I was been watch by some patients and family members and I told tell I was trying to do some square dancing steps for the humor of it they told it looked like I had the steps right it has been a day or two since we did those in school I know it was not but I was working my way across the floor maybe I should try remember the two step but at least I have fun on my break and usually everybody is laughing with me after being there 28 years I think the staff enjoys the humor at least I was moving and not sitting still at the desk.
Well I am rambling and it is time to get shuffing along in the den I misplaced a bill or which it could been moved by one of my 4 legged babies maybe I should check under the cushions for my dogs love burying things under hem or the pillows till later

Hello everyone! I'm so glad you're doing OK :)

I'm still struggling with seasonal affective disorder a bit, the infrared therapy is definitely helping but having to get up early for it kind of negates quite a few of its benefits (I'm no morning person). I've also gotten sunburned from being in that cabin emoticon .

Work is very hectic, but I took the afternoon off today, baked some bread and made summer rolls to have for dinner. I'll have to remember to do that more often, the last few weekends were worked through and I'm backsliding into old, bad habits.

My working out with M is going well, too. He's doing his best to keep me motivated through these various complications.

I played a tennis match against one of my colleagues yesterday- it was on a clay court and I was so worried about sliding uncontrolled and hurting my knee again! Getting over my own competitive nature to allow balls I know I could've reached if I'd risked injury to escape was the hardest part. Almost as hard was losing due to it... but I feel like I'm getting to where I can reign in the hyper competitive side of me and let things be, just having fun moving my body.

I'm not allowed to run at the moment, the knee is a little inflamed (ssh! Don't tell my doc about the tennis!). I'll have to start over with C25k in a couple weeks, hopefully. I really don't like being confined to strength training, it's just not fun to me, but I'm doing my best to find something enjoyable in it too. Any tips for that? Lifting heavier weights more times does NOTHING for my inner athlete, she tends to shrug her shoulders at that and just ask me when I'll run again. HIIT is my drug of choice, but I miss bouncing about and running so much not even cardio-strength intervals can compensate.

I'm walking a lot- thanks Ingress! I made it to level 7 in a week and a half on my busy work schedule. Whee!

My inner nerd is quivering in excitement as this month will see Superman rebooted. The French Open is on, too, and this is the one great thing about living in Europe: I can watch live coverage even at work without having to crazily adjust my schedule. I also watched the first two episodes of the new animated Avengers series and my fangirl self was rolling on the couch squeeing. Really. I don't squee, normally.

I'm taking that as a good sign of the SAD depression losing its grip- I'm getting excited about things again, looking forward to them even. It's still a lot of work trying to find my spark when every day is a strain on my mental fortitude, but I'm getting there, I promise. Reading along with your experiences helps a lot!

I even wrote up and posted two recipes today.

Have any of you noticed how bad Spark has gotten with the advertisements. I cleaned out my cookie file last week and I am full again with spam. I understand that it is necessary to have sponsors that pay for advertising but it really bogs down my computer. Kind of frustrating!

did not realize that time was sliding by got loss in my time over the weekend

Stacy that is a good quote we did not do all of this overnight but I must say it does get frustrating that it does not go away over night and in that thought it is why I am most certain that most give up along the way
Like you I am doing a lot of thinking about my life in general and how things are going talking with a friend at work we were talking about our weight loss goal and he said he was wanting to lose 50 pounds prior to turning 50 that made me start thinking since I turn 50 before him. I told him that sounding good however I was just shooting for 25 by then and in the account that we were about to miss that boat all together said I would be happy with 10 pounds. However in light of the weekend I am going to be happy with tthe thought I am heading in the right direction

Hello everybody!
I was a member of this team at the end of last year (JENNASGONNADOIT), had computer problems and had to leave, came back very briefly in January (JENNA360), had MORE computer problems and had to leave again. Now I've been back on SP again since April but couldn't find the team again. I just saw in my friend feed that one of my friends had joined this team and I realized that THIS was it ... woohoo! So far, so good since April my computer has been doing OK with SP so hopefully this 3rd time will be the charm :)
Life in general was crazy busy, as usual and as it is for everybody I know, and I actually fell off the whole SP/WW wagon and have been dragging myself through the mud for awhile so I've actually regained a bit (maybe quite a bit :/) of weight but I'm getting back on track this month since school/work is done for the summer. I actually have time to get back with the programs and make things happen. Hoping to get myself into a good routine of things this month, carry it on for the next couple of months, and KEEP it once school/work start up again at the end of August. That's the plan anyway!
Can't wait to get back in on things again and to see how all of you are doing :)
Feel free to re-add me as a friend, or add me for the first time ;), and I'll try to actually stick around this time for the long haul (computer willing, of course).

Happy Sunday to All,

Haven't checked in for bit. Life got in the way too much. Hubby's recovery from his hand surgery is going well. Elderly friend who is almost 90, fell Thursday morning and called me at 5:30 a.m. to go over to her house and help get her up. Spent the morning at the hospital because she also had a vertigo attack.

Since yesterday was the 1st I have really committed to getting back on track. Except for exercise I did ok.

Only 4 days of school left. Unfortunately I got my official lay off notice in the mail yesterday morning. Due to budget cuts I don't have my next school year.

Hope you all have a great day. Sorry if this a little long.

I'm in so much pain today bc work was insane last night!! Holy cow we were BUSY!!

It never stopped.

My feet and legs are killing me. I reached over 18,000 Steps for the day yesterday and even burned too many cals! (didn't have enough fuel in me to burn that many!) So, even though I took healthy snacks, I didn't get to eat a meal until home after midnight which is NOT a good thing! Server's don't get "breaks" so I never found a chance to order a healthy meal bc we were too busy.

I'm not sure if I should try and work out or not before work bc I'm exhausted and my feet still hurt! I will be there late again tonight!

My Body Media even alerted me that I was burning too much with out consuming more healthy cals. emoticon

Gotta be at work at 5 tonight..

It's for sure a long process..

I love this quote by Joyce Meyer which isn't just about Christians/Walk w/the Lord, it involves all areas of our lives... *Quote* "We didn't get into our messes overnight and we sure can't get out of them overnight!"

This can speak to us on many levels/areas of our lives... For me: almost 2 years ago I was 197.7 lbs fixing to hit 200 lbs for the first time in my life.. I did not carry it well at all even though I'm 5'9 due to my small frame I was born with.. Through childhood and into my teens, I was a size 0 - 1 at 110 lbs. (healthy, just thin) I ate like a horse and never gained an ounce.

I remember drinking slimfast AND eating to try and put some healthy weight on and even joined a gym to be fit and gain muscle to fill out.

OooO those were the days!!! emoticon

THEN... I got married and was expecting... Wow what the world of hormones can do to a woman! By the time I gave birth I had gained 55 lbs and came home a size 11 ... What a change when you have spent your whole life tiny and thin. I was stuck in maternity clothes forever bc my entire closet of clothes and even pj's had to be donated bc of my new body.

Even when most of the baby weight came off, I was a size 9. I loved my new look at a size 9 bc I finally had some meat on my bones and curves, but that was the early 90's and the beginning and the birth of the FAD Diet Crazes!! I gained and lost - I gained and lost -

That horrible cycle kept me struggling and most often depressed!

Anyway, I finally began to learn the truth about healthy eating and a "life-style" change, not a diet.. Prevention Magazine kicked that off for me and many books I read along with research. Then, I found SparkPeople!

Now, I've lost 27 lbs and many inches and look forward to losing my last 20 lbs to reach goal! emoticon
