My one year anniversary was this month. I've only lost 5 pounds, but I've seen other Improvements and I'll keep trying.

Gosh - 1 year? Hard to believe!

2013 was good to me! I lost 45 pounds. Made some great lifestyle changes - I'm drinking water, and exercising 4 or 5 days a week. My doctor is happy with the progress I've made. I NEVER thought it was actually possible to start taking off this weight. But I made a dent in it and I'm looking forward not back. I've learned how valuable tracking is - being accountable for every bite I put into my mouth and for every minute I exercise (or make excuses for).

Funniest thing to me is that I have people telling me how if I could do it, they can do it. What? I'm an inspiration??? LOL!

I lost my mind temporarily over the summer, but I've regained momentum. A group of friends and I are starting an 8-week Biggest Loser challenge. To the LOSER go the spoils!! :)

I just wanted to stop by and wish everyone still here a happy 1 year anniversary! How has it been going for you?

I fell off the wagon twice and I actually weigh more now than when I started. I've also not been able to lay down for the last 6 months because of health problems. Which of course are aggravated by my weight. But 2014 has started out fantastically! I'm not sore and I'm able to move. So I'm adding things to my diet plan and renewing my efforts on Spark as well as making sure to get more active!

Is anyone else making any changes for 2014? Have your goals changed since last year? Did you meet your goals in 2013?
