I've backtracked a few steps, but I'm now heading in the right direction!

I checked all my numbers this morning!

I've lost 25.2lbs with Sparking!
I've also lost 14.75 inches from all around my body!
WooHoo!

I created some progress pictures, too! I posted all of those up on my blog.
I'm so happy that I found SparkPeople!

Can't believe it's been 6 months! I haven't weighed myself in awhile, but I'm down about 10 pounds. I've run 2 5ks and am on a 40+ day exercise streak. I've been really struggling with my food the past few weeks, but I'm getting it back on track. I'm really motivated to do this and I know that I can as long as no one sets a plate of cookies in front of me in the near future.

Great thread, JULESJET!!!! Can't wait to read the posts.
Me? I dipped to within about 3 lb of my target weight, I ran the Sun Run, a 10-k event in Vancouver, BC and figured to go on to train for a Half. Then bronchitis hit and I've been taking it easy for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, taking it easy also means I've been soft on myself on the Nutrition tracker front too, not being strict about meeting my nutrition targets. Result? Now I have 6 or 8 lbs to lose again, and I'm still not clean enough in the chest to get back on the HM training schedule. I do get exercise by gardening as many hours a day as I can, though : ) Not the same effect on endurance, but it sure does find muscles I forgot to stretch out before and after!!!!!!

This week is our 6 month marker!

How are you doing? Still motivated? Are you making progress?
I'll be taking my measurements on Tuesday... I wonder how many pounds and inches we've lost as a team in 6 months?
