Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. I had a great day with family and the food was ..GREAT also. I did not over eat, but I could have there was so many different delicious food to choose from.

I do plan to exercise a whole lot...over the next few weeks.

That sounds fun! It is always better to have get togethers at the biggest house! As far as calorie watching goes, just try the best you can! No biggie. Are you planning on exercising more or less?

I'm not sure if I am going to exercise in the morning or at night.

This year is the first year in over 20 years that I am not having dinner at my house for the family. I am in the middle of remodeling and have decided to have it at my grand-daughters home. She lives between my place and the rest of the family....and her home is quite large to accommodate everyone. So dinner with family is going to be a highlight this year...and I am not sure about watching my calories tomorrow. I want to say yes....but I am just not that confidant.

What are your plans for Thanksgiving?

Are you planning on keeping a close eye on your calorie intake?

My daughter and I are going to my moms. We will be eating turkey, mashed potatoes, biscuits, pickles and pie. I will be watching my calorie intake like a hawk. I will probably enter the food in the Food Tracker before taking a bite.
