I will be doing a Biggest Loser Challenge starting October 1st and ending it Dec 21st(12 weeks)! I am hoping that we get a lot of people to sign up for it and join in on it!

I also have Erase Your Indulgences challenge lined up!

Let others know about our team and our challenges! Get more people involved in our group! We can do it!

I love BLC Challenges...I actually run a few where I give away actual prizes...I know everyone can't do that but they still are fun for goodies and bragging rights....it works like the show you workout and do what you can to lose weight for the week at the end of the week you weigh in and whoever looses the most percentage of weight end up the winner mine usually run 8 to 12 weeks these are long term challenges...and you do a lot of calculating weights....there are other parts to my challenges also because I like to make it about getting to know your team mates so part of the weekly challenge is to leave a goodie or comment on your teammates page and huddle and post to a thread only once a week it sounds like a lot buts it not...

Think about all of the teams you have been included in and/or are still in. I want to know what challenges you liked/like the best! Please name the challenge and give a brief detailed explanation of how the challenge works! = )

If you are new to Sparkpeople, you can let me know what kind of challenges you would like to see also. It is kind of tricky to know what exists in a challenge when you first start out, but you can suggest something fun if you would like to!

Having everyone on the team participate in this would be great! Considering that you all are here to get something from the team, why not fully include yourself in it? = )

Remember, challenges are a way of motivating us and encouraging us to change our lives one step, two steps, or more at a time!
