Today, so far, I have done 30 minutes of walk/jog on treadmill and 52 minutes of Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone! Two of my favorite exercises to do!

I usually do intervals of walking and jogging on the treadmill; 3 minutes walk, 2 minute jog, up to 30 minutes. Today, I started out walking for 3 minutes, then I jogged. The difference of today than any other day is that I then jogged for 7 minutes straight! I didn't want to stop at 2 minutes, so I kept going! I am so proud of myself! I saw a new part of me that I have never seen before!
