Hi Imnaha! I enjoy walking also. What kind of dog do you have? I have a 8 year old female Rottweiler and a 2 year old Rat Terrier. I love walking my dogs!

I've been with Spark People since... well it seems like forever. I started out at 330 pounds and I'm now 240 pounds.... about 90 pounds and shrinking away! My goal weight is around 200 pounds. My Doctor wants me to go down to 190. I'm sticking to my 200 pound goal! It's been slow and steady! emoticon

I have been on Sparks for about 6yrs and lost about 74 lbs and then fell off track back on since Feb 2012 and have lost 32 lbs since Feb

I enjoy doing everything everyone has mentioned! I have done the Wii Fit before, but I no longer own a Wii. I enjoy walking, biking, Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds DVDs, Treadmill jogging, and swimming(even though my city made us take our pool down). I love being outside!

I started SparkPeople in January and didnt have time to focus, so I came back April 9th and have lost 62 pounds since April 9th!

I love meeting new people and helping others on their struggles!

My absolute favorite exercise is to walk also...it covers every part of the body I hate strenght training....walking outdoors is awesome but lately it's been so hot that I've had to walk inside the gym

My all time fave is to walk. I enjoy walking outdoors more than on the treadmill but if it is cold or wet outdoors, well the treadmill is a good option. I also enjoy st training.
