 Kept busy today. After church, we went out to eat. Then I did some cleaning/decluttering before we went out to look at some open houses. We watched a family movie before I went to the CFC for a leg workout. Watch a little tv waiting for the temps to drop, then we went for a long walk. Mold counts are astronomical, so my allergies are driving me nuts. Sure hope I sleep better tonight.Wallahalla

Hot here today. I live in a national forest area, so wildfires are a concern, specially when idiots do things like drive down the road with a Roman Candle going off out the window. A lot of tourists come here too, many of them, of course, not caring how they leave the area where they stay, ie campfires.

On the news last night, they talked about how the fires in Canada were effecting our air quality. I wonder if that is why I had such a headache yesterday. Much better today.

You are really motivated to get a lot done, great job. I am at the cottage and it really needs to be organized, been years of a lot people using it and not discarding things that we do not need any more.

The house seems so empty with my son gone to the youth retreat. I am determined not to fill the void with food. I already got the whole yard mowed this morning. I usually do it in sections over a couple of days, but it is supposed to rain the rest of the week. I plan to tackle my kitchen this afternoon, cleaning and reorganizing all the counter tops and cabinets. This is HUGE for me, because I HATE housework. My reward will be a workout at the fitness club if I get it done before 4:00.
I think the brand name on that bike is Pro Form. I'll check to be sure the next time I'm there...hopefully later today. Wallahalla

After church we went out to eat at our son's favorite restaurant. He leaves at midnight for a week long youth retreat at Gulf Shores resort. Wish I could have gone with, but he said '"NO!!!" That is a first. Usually he volunteers us for everything. I'm glad he's stretching his legs and desiring a little more independence, but I'll miss him like the dickens. He made me a new workout to target my 'bingo wings' and we went to the CFC so that he could make sure my form was correct before he left. Got some cardio in on the recumbent elliptical bike. It is a strange little machine, but I like it. I'm hoping to get a lot done around the house while he is gone so that we can just have a fun day together when he gets back. Only a few weeks left before school starts, so I really need to kick it into high gear.

Not sure, but my hubby is very anti mushroom because the are a fungus. So I've never really learned to cook with them. I really enjoy them when other fix them though.

Hey everybody, sorry I have been MIA, after the hospital, finishing up wedding season and then scrapbooking season began with a bang. I have 1 wedding this weekend and it should settle down from there.
Lilly: We are getting snow too, had 3 inches but it melted now. I know at our lake (Bear Lake in Kalkaska), they have 3 feet. I bet you have a large amount also. I am going to check into the masks, thanks for the idea. I did not dry any fruits or produce this season, health was just too bad. I am sure I am going to regret it when I have to buy dried fruit for my cereal mix, breads, etc. Happy Thanksgiving everybody. Ninja TEAM MEMBER
