Heya Wiggle Sis :p hehe

I slept umm.... pretty decent. I have super awful cramps, so it was up and down, but pretty good.

I feel BETTER today. Cardio and strength training really helps with the pain!

I already worked out this morning AND plan to do a walk with my son later tonight! Heck yeah!


Love the "Wiggle to three songs" Plan.. and just cause you said it, I'm going to do that right now. Thanks for the push, babe! You rock! XOXO

Hi Wiggle Buddies!

How did you sleep last night?
How are you feeling today?
Do you have plans to work out today or did you already do it?

Can you make time to do at least 10 minutes?
If you didn't yet, how about get up from the computer and put on the music and WIGGLE to three songs.. that is about 10 minutes!
