Woohoo for that walk, Annie (Xraylady - is Annie, right?)

and Woohoo to you Angelus_Quinn (what shall we call you?) for your walking and the treadmill workout esp. when you were so tired!! Hurray for lots of fruits and veggies. Hurray for feeling strong!

I had a low exercise day.. but I'm keeping on and will do better today! Busy day, though.

Do you have exercise planned today? I walked for 45 mins. on the treadmill and then I took a walk outside to enjoy this beautiful day.

Any major challenges? I was very tired today, so working out was a challenge.

Any woohoos yet? Yes. I did not let being tired stop me from working out. I had lots of veggies and fruit today.

Are you feeling healthy today? Yes. After working out my sugar was only 98.

Are you feeling Sexy? Yes. Feeling strong after a workout is very sexy.

do you hula hoop.... No. But I really want to learn how. The last time I tried we all had a good laugh laughing at me.

Let's see.. I have a busy day of work today. I will be working later. Going to walk the dog before I go to work. Trying to get my 5 yr old to get dressed and come with me for the walk. Later this evening I'm going to dance.. (private dance party in the living room) and hopefully walk more and hoop!
I'm feeling healthy and maybe sexy.. we'll see about that a bit later!
