* Neighborhood circuit - 90 min. treadmill. Wimped out! WAAAAY too cold out there -- temps only 12 degrees and wind chill below zero. There's always tomorrow.

*At the park/home: 9 reps of 25 ea. of sit-to-stands using the kitchen chair, did quad stretches, hip abductor/adductors, leg lifts (25 reps x 2), squats, and calf raises. Walked around the inside of the house for about 10 minutes.

* At home also did: Did 12 upright rows with 5 lb. weights and overhead lifts, repeating 3 reps. Did resistance band work for both the arms and legs, and wall push ups. Some short "burst" exercises -- running in place, jumping rope. Used my stair stepper for 10 minutes!

*Balance ball -- back extensions and crunches, modified push ups and T-Stands.

*T-stand, airplane pose. One-legged-stand. All for balance. Still able to do 1 min. 50 second one legged stands. Superman pose and banana pose for the back.

Hello all. I try to get my exercise in first thing and am focusing on at least 1 hour a day for 2017. With year-end events and travel, it was challenging and I missed some time.

*Neighborhood circuit - Outdoor walk 90 minutes. Unbelievably, most of the snow is melting!

*At the park/home: 9 reps of 25 ea. of sit-to-stands using the kitchen chair, did quad stretches, hip abductor/adductors, leg lifts (25 reps x 2), squats, and calf raises. Walked around the inside of the house for about 10 minutes.

* At home also did: Did 12 upright rows with 5 lb. weights and overhead lifts, repeating 3 reps. Did resistance band work for both the arms and legs, and wall push ups. Some short "burst" exercises -- running in place, jumping rope. Used my stair stepper for 10 minutes!

*Balance ball -- back extensions and crunches, modified push ups and T-Stands.

*T-stand, airplane pose. One-legged-stand. All for balance. Still able to do 1 min. 50 second one legged stands. Superman pose and banana pose for the back.

*Star Fish Planks -- 20 reps, held 2.5 minutes!
