Most hated exercise = running! Because of my weight, I get shin splints quickly and my lungs soon feel like they are burning. One of my goals for losing weight is so that I can run without pain or self-consciousness.

Pilates - perhaps that's why I don't do them too much, I guess any kind of abs work but this week I intend to do the beginners abs video today, Wed and Fri !!!!!!

Lunges and squats (most hated) because of a 20-year-old knee injury and my weight

Sit ups (second most hated) because there's so much fat on my abdomen, I can't SEE any difference for all the pain ... underneath it all, I can feel some rock hard abs though!! emoticon

I'M WORKING WITH PURPOSE TO ACHIEVE MY GOAL!!!

DAILY AFFIRMATION: "I love to move my body! I feel fat burning off of me with the heat of a supernova! I eat the right amount of calories and healthy foods, and I am healthy, happy, and stress free!"

Ab work of any kind!!! I have lost a lot of strength in my core over the last few years, and so any type of an work is difficult to complete. Sometimes I have to do the modifications and I detest not being able to do the regular exercises! But, it is definitely needed so there we go!

Sit ups. I prefer to do standing abs, or something similar. emoticon

Today I started some weight work- I have really weak hamstrings, always have. I detest hamstring curls...but need them in my workout plan.

What's the workout component that you detest, but know you just HAVE to do?
