My Monday was meatless. I lost one pound due to lack of exercise. I will continue to try knowing activity and exercise does make a difference. Finding the time can be difficult. Still trying. I hope everyone is well. emoticon

I wish everyone a fantastic Memorial Day. I am preparing for Monday by making pinto bean soup with tomatoes. Breakfast -blueberry muffin and a boiled egg.
Lunch- peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich. Dinner- bean soup. Snacks - Apple and a cup of yogurt. Drinks- coffee with milk, no sugar, 8 glasses of water, and a glass of buttermilk.

I am still working on returning to consistent exercise. It does make a difference. I must find the time.
This is the last Monday in May. Tomorrow I will weigh myself and report to the team.

Any ideas for June? Meatless meal planning? emoticon emoticon emoticon

Congrats Lucy !! my Monday went well also got a lot of indoor exercise in treadmill bike and dvds lol it all adds up Very happy I was able to hit the trail for 8 miles today 3 down and 1 to go we can do this!!!!!

Ready for Monday 3
Breakfast - blueberry muffin and a boiled egg with black coffee ( one tablespoon of evaporated milk)
Lunch - peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich with a buttermilk

I made it, another Monday. Smiling!
Breakfast- a bowl of Cheerios, an apple, and a cup of coffee
Lunch - a peanut butter sandwich with a glass of grape juice
Dinner- a steamed vegetable plate consisting of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. My beverage was water.
Snack- a small sweet potato with cinnamon.
Snack- a half cup of buttermilk.
6 glasses of water

Now, I must return to exercising daily.

Breakfast- bowl of plain oatmeal with a half cup of blueberries and coffee with a tablespoon of evaporated milk.
Lunch- grilled cheese and tomato sandwich. I drank water.
Dinner- steam vegetable plate( broccoli, peas and carrots,,turnip greens) with a glass of grape juice.
Snack-a pear and a few(10) almonds.
I made it this Monday. , I drank 5 glasses of water.
Also, I am trying to read up on intermittent fasting. If there are any good sources, let me know.
Everyone, have a blessed evening.
Starting weight this week is 170 x. My May weight is 165.

Breakfast and dinner was meatless. Unfortunately, lunch involved a slice of pepperoni pizza from Pizza Hut. So today has been a meatless Tuesday. I will have a salad and an Apple for supper. Yesterday I drank coffee, milk, and water for my liquids. I am drinking the same today. I will try to make next Monday meatless. I shouldn’t be returning to Pizza Hut anytime soon. I hope everyone is well and was meatless yesterday.

Although everyone is very busy lately, I hope we have been able to keep Monday’s meatless. Breakfast was a blueberry muffin and coffee. Lunch was a strawberry yogurt cup. Dinner was vegetable soup. A had an Apple for a snack. I drank water. The team keeps me motivated. Thanks, emoticon

Yesterday was crazy, but I did it. I was only able to eat a good meatless breakfast with fiber cereal and an Apple. Lunch was a vanilla yogurt cup. Dinner was my downfall - popcorn and lemonade, I drank water and coffee for my other meals. I hope everyone is well. Next Monday, I will have a dinner prepared for crazy days. Starting weight is 170.. emoticon

Hi,
I had a meatless Monday yesterday. Breakfast - boiled egg , a slice of raisin toast, and an Apple. Lunch - yogurt cup. Dinner - boiled potato with broccoli florets, I drank water all day.(8 cups). Meatless Monday # 3 was good. I ate meatless again today. Breakfast- Cheerios and an Apple. Lunch - yogurt. Dinner - unfortunately, a piece of fried fish and a green salad I drank water again today.. I started to search the web for recipes for Meatless MondY #4 and Clean eating. I hope everyone is well. emoticon

Breakfast: Bagel (half) with Butter 2 Eggs and coffee

Snack1: Grapefruit (half)

Lunch: Homemade Vegetable Soup and Wheat Crackers (5)

Dinner: Spring Salad Mix with Fresh Vegetables

Snack 2: Vanilla Whey Protein with Strawberries Coconut Milk and Chia Seeds
