I was bad about night snacking. I found that when I eat whole natural foods, my hunger is less. I plan a dinner with 3 to 4 ounces of protien, then I will have a green veggie steamed, a salad of chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, with vinegar and oil, and occasionally if I am still wanting something I will pop a Doves dark chocolate square in my mouth and let it melt

Keep on track

Oh my goodness! LOL I so understand : )

For me, I try and eat a high protein balanced meal no later than 6:00 p.m...along with a 24oz water container. emoticon . Then around 8:00 p.m I will grab a greek yogurt, I love the consistency it's thick and actually fills me up for only 60 calories...sometimes I add dark chocolate morsels and cashews or fruit and flush that bad boy down with an 8oz cup of water. If for some reason that doesn't do it, right before bed I will eat a green apple.
I would love to hear what others do as well.

I'm pretty good at following my healthy eating plan during the day. BUT Lawd when the sun goes down I am ravenous! Healthy food, snack food, etc. are prey.

Welcoming any tips for holding the "eating after 7:30 pm meemees" at bay.
