Looks so good!! I'm going to try this! The only twist is that I got to find what vegetables to add to it without messing it up.

A sample of One of my Smoothies that I made and posted for you guys! I call it **Green Burst**LOL Don't Laugh





Steps
1. Prep
2.Add Ingredients
3. Blend
4. Serve

***Any green vegetables will give you more of a green smoothie**
~~Green Burst~~
Half of Orange (I actually cut my orange out of the peel and add it)
Half of Lemon ( May be hard to cut for some if so try squeezing.
Half of Small Green Apple
Handful of Spinach
5 grapes
1 scoop of Rice Protein Protein Powder (Optional)
Almond Milk (NOTE: Add your preference)
Total Calories Roughly: 200 - 250 (Could be slightly more or even slightly less)
My Milk is only (60) Calories

emoticon emoticon Seven Day Smoothie Detox Challenge emoticon emoticon


Breakfast: Smoothie
Lunch: Smoothie
Dinner: High Protein Dinner **NO CARBS**


(NOTE: You can have your dinner for lunch and have your smoothie for dinner if you would rather alternate it). emoticon

Tools Needed: High Quality Blender EX: Nutri Blender


Main Ingredients
1 Cup of Ice
1 Cup of Soy Milk, Almond, Coconut, or 2% or Vitamin D (Your Choice)
1 Cup of FRESH Vegetables Not Canned EX: KALE, SPINACH, GREENS Etc..
1 Cup of FRESH Fruit of your choice again not Canned


**Keynotes: The more vegetables you add to your smoothie the more of a green smoothie you will have in case you are adding green vegetables. If you are not a big vegetable fan I will start with a small percentage of vegetables however personally I think 50% Veggies and 50% Fruit is the best and healthiest. Secondly, an added plus is to add a scoop of protein powder into your smoothie not mandatory but a bonus. The trick with these smoothies is to find your consistency. You may have to play around with different fruits and veggies trial and error. YouTube is a great source, especially if you do a VEGAN Smoothie search, I'm telling you they are so creative!

emoticon Additional: Must workout at least 5 days out of 7 days of the week for at least 20 minutes however push for 45 minutes if possible emoticon . There are numerous exercises on YouTube that you may find beneficial. I recommend HIIT routine workouts. They get the job done quick! emoticon

**Remember this is possible! One day at a time. Don't stress simply give it your best! Remember not perfection but progression! emoticon This challenge will be ongoing. I recommend start dates (Mondays) however you pick the day that works best for you!**This detox is a jump start to get you started in the right direction or to give you that little extra pickup! emoticon Any questions or concerns feel free to post on the wall or under this team forum.

**Check in at least twice a week and let us know how you are doing! Feel free to post your recipes and pictures** emoticon
