There will be two Teams in which you can sign up for. The first team is going to be more moderate and the second team slightly more advance. Depending on your current level of fitness. More to come! emoticon

I have been really doing well this week. If I don't have time to exercise, I'm walking around the mall looking for presents, etc. I've learned to park farther away and walk more. Today though it is my day and I'm off to water aerobics this afternoon. Tomorrow I need to take my car in to the dealership. It has been recalled and I've been waiting for a fix for the air bag, but they now have it. So I'm off at 7:00 a.m. to get it fixed. I then need to do some shopping. I'm almost done. Take care all and have a great week-end.

I'm so happy to see how many people stayed focused and encouraged! I will be ready for our winter challenge, the last month was filled with so many concerns that I could not fully commit; my current weight is 198 my I can still hit the 180's by January I know I can! Have to REALLY RESET!

This week things are going very well. I've actually had more activity this week and that has made me feel great. The weather has been wonderful, but now we will get cold again. Oh well, I plan to keep going and just keep myself busy and have fun.

Things are going well. I did not loose anything this week but I did not gain anything either. I didn't get to exercise as much this week with being busy with other things. Next week should be better. Have a great week-end everyone.

Doing good on it almost my first week back on here. Doing my workouts and my mile walk everyday and eat A lot healthier and getting at least 6 glasses of water in.

Gone back to my "What worked" instead of what could.. and feeling like I Am capable after an appt. with my PCP this morning who was thrilled with my weight loss!

Down a pound this week and that's good enough. Emotions are running high,making things hard so that pound is really Okay! exercise is finally happening regularly! and I'm eating fruit like crazy! (Won a fruit basket raffle last night~~ Couldn't ask for better! )

Stumbling a bit with my emotions leading my physical self ablunder....doing my BEST to turn it around! Down 5lbs last week..up 3 this week and knowing that's how it goes...and knowing that that isn't how it always HAS to.......exercise is suffering BIG TIME!!!!!
