I think moderation is a great idea. I allow myself something sweet just every couple of days. If I do not do this, I go crazy on a binge eating spree after a while of not having anything sweet. So I decided to allow myself sweets, but, in moderation. It is working for me so far. I am losing slow but still losing. I have lost 58 pounds so far since sept.

Today has been a STRONG & AMAZING day 4 me. I have allowed myself 2 slightly indulge, & it has lifted a weight off of me that I have been carting around for the last 7 days! I have had NO SUGAR, or PROCESSED foods/CARBS & I've FOUGHT off those cravings ALL WEEK! I decided today that I need 2 learn 2 embrace MODERATION, Have it, ENJOY it & just B Done with it! I'm MORE Mentally focused right now then I have been when I started last Sunday. MY Sailor doesn't follow ANY eating plan & sometimes it's VERY difficult when I can't enjoy myself with him. I decided that I WAS going 2 ENJOY myself with him today & it has been an AMAZING day 4 the both of us!
I'm Focused & ready 2 get back 2 business first thing tomorrow morning! I've learned a VERY Valuable lesson this morning that I don't have 2 B "ALL or NOTHING". My NEW plan is 2 allow 1 day out of the week 2 indulge, enjoy it & get back 2 the game, & know that I can do this & not have 2 beat myself up over it!
