emoticon emoticon I agree what everyone has said. We all have something in our life that we have to we have to step back and focus just don't give up.

Your parents are alive your daughter will be taken care of. Praying for you and your family.

30 years ago I was in the same boat as you. My father died and 3 days after my house burned down. DH was transferred to Florida with his job so I was all alone dealing with all this. The kids were very young had to deal with them too. In time all turned out.

NEVER EVER GIVE UP!

There's nothing wrong with using the word "diet". It comes from the Greek word "diaita", meaning way of life. So to lose weight and keep it off we need to change our way of life.

Good Morning emoticon

I agree so much with Ladyandrea2012. I'm so sorry all of this happen at once but thank God like you said that your parents are safe. Special prayers being sent to your daughter emoticon Times like this are very sensitive and draining. I remember at one time in my life about three years ago things really hit the fan for me. I have a 10 year old daughter diagnosed with "Auditory Processing Disorder & ADHD" During this time I was taking her to all these specialist and doctors,,,"which is a testimony in its own"......I found out I was pre-diabetic/ and diagnosed with "Hypothyroidism...and on top of that I had to relay some very heart wrenching information to my mother that involved myself many years ago as a child, for it was literally killing me inside.... Needless to say I was at my bottom....beyond my bottom ...girl I was done! It was just to much stuff going on..than on top of that I had severe mood swings from my diagnosis with "Hypothyroidism" now during this time I could not think straight I was just so sad. For myself and this is speaking from a Christian perspective..the only thing that got me back up and going was having faith in God that he would work everything out for me. I spent a little time praying with him everyday waking up before my family writing my prayers in a book while listening to Gospel music. In the process I started to experience peace during this time and more clarity. For some it's hard to implement this....for many of us were not raised in the Church or may have had bad experiences from people who claimed to be "religious" or "christian" or simply do not believe in God. For myself I'm a very honest person and like to share with people what got me out of the hardest moments in my life which was "God"; however I'm not the type of person that's going to beat a person in the head with the Bible, but I have to share what has worked for me when all else have failed. We wish you the very very best and your human....it's okay.... This situation shows how strong you're by sharing and your constantly pushing forward. This is extremely remarkable emoticon That is a true sign of a champion. Like Ladyandrea2012 says one day at a time, we must keep moving. : )

Thank you. This morning I made a good breakfast for the girls and I and then we got out the yoga mats and did some light yoga. our goal today is to get some dancing in and read some articles about nutrition and fitness. I think I may go back to making small daily goals before setting out on the long term goals again.

Jeanette, so sad to hear so many negatives things going on your life; you do have a lot to deal in your hands. Take one minor, easy changing step and start slowly, one thing at a time, one day at a time. Do not try to solve everything at once . I will suggest to pick a time of day and go for a 15 or 10 minutes walk, have a healthy breakfast, write a blog and let it all out and so on taking little steps everyday until you manage to go back at all. ((HUGS))

In the last couple of weeks I have hit a downward slide. I was going along doing great and then I fell and hit a bad backslide. I have no motivation, no energy, and suddenly no will power. It started when I got hurt overdoing the landscaping. I couldn't move for a couple of days but I was eating right. Then my parents were driving out from Oregon and had a car accident totaling the car in Utah. Both are alive but broken bones and lots of pain for them both. That same day I received a phone call from the doctors office about my youngest daughter. They wanted her to have an EKG and lab work done right away because they are concerned about her having heart problems. They also told me they were sending her to a pediatric cardiology specialist. I lost it completely and had a complete and total nervous breakdown. That was the end of last week. Yet even now I am not getting back in the groove I was in before and just keep sliding backwards. I don't know what to do to get myself back there where I was doing so good. Can anyone give me some advice? Maybe a swift kick in the rear? I need help!
