emoticon emoticon Strength training today!

I stopped strength training for around two months now because I was gaining weight quickly. The thing is I'm dropping weight with cardio ....but the catch is that I'm losing muscle mass. In addition, my skin elasticity is not as firm as it was when I was strength training. I'm starting to notice it in my legs and arms small pockets of "cellulite". Time to pick up the emoticon and start swinging. I must have to have patience while my body weight fluctuates while the muscle mass increases. emoticon

Going to do a HIIT routine today. Wanted to go for a 2-mile walk so bad! Woke up the weather said 55 by 12:00 noon, I said okay cool I can manage that. By the time I was geared up and ready to go the temperature dropped by 10 and is going to continue to drop. Couldn't risk it, for I'm just getting over a cold, and not in the mood to catch another one.

Got in 30 min cardio this morning (10 min treadmill walking, 10 min elliptical and 10 min stationary bike). 10 min of weights..3 sets (10, 8, 6 reps) lat pulldowns, rows, pushdowns, one set bicep curls, hammer curls

35 min total body exercise (bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, squats, front and side raises, crunches, flutter kicks, planks) 4 sets using 10lb DB, 20 reps for arms, 25 reps for all other exercises
