Slept well last nite.
I felt sluggish this morning and took a nap (3 hours) in the morning.
Got something to drink and fell asleep again.
That is the way my day went.
It is after 9 pm and ready to take my 4th nap before going to bed at 11 pm.
Guess that is what my body needed.

My goal for this evening is to RELAX ~ namely some Qigong meditation. I was pretty stressed this morning dealing with an Acura dealership, but they talk like they're going to do the right thing ~ so, we shall see. So thankful that the ol' knee~jerk reaction to eat when stressed is GONE! YAY! ;) emoticon

emoticon smile a lot with my clients
Many of them spend.weekends drinking and fooling around. So I have to smile and reassure ro them that they are okay. I'm so grateful I don't drink or fool around. Just love to read and exercise!

Did some organizing this morning.
Preparing some of my 'tummy tea'.
Doing a 90 minute massage which is labor intensive.
Doctor's appointment this afternoon.
Shop for fresh produce.
Enjoy a chopped salad for dinner.
Going to a meeting.
Time to relax and go to sleep.

Ditto Kurtzie about getting organized and create a regular routine for the month of August. Also plan to devote some time for an afternoon workout session in the pool, followed by a cool shower and a relaxing dinner at my favorite Greek restaurant. emoticon

Woke up early this morning for my daily walk with my dog, then cleaned kitchen, did some wash and then off to the gym. The one closest to me is closed for renovation, so I headed for the high school track and put in 2 and half miles. My t-shirt was soaked which is what I always expect when I work out. So my goal was to exercise. I got on my scale and even though I measure myself by my clothes, I did get on the scales and lost 2 lbs. I think it is mostly water, however I will take what ever I can. lol

My goal today is to get some emoticon and afterwards work out very hard with my upper body. Finally starting to get good at regular emoticon ! I was doing the girl pushups for about three months and one day just started to do regular push ups and was shocked that I was able to crank them out! emoticon
