"Just one more floor up the stairs"

And music. I don't like to listen to music all the times when I'm out walking, but for biking, it's a good distraction - anything to get my mind off "I'm so tired!"

Do you have a buddy you can run with occasionally? Maybe a neighbor that you barely know?

I do most of my workouts inside under my air conditioner or I could not do any. Outside exercise is almost out of the question for me so that why I do the walk tapes.

How did you overcome your mental roadblock, when you came to excersize.

I can barely do it know. Before I was able to run 4.5 miles no problem .. now .. I can barely run 2.5 to 3!

Help! What is going on?
