My Goal is just to be a finisher of the full. I got my very slow run/walk 20 miler in yesterday and did a 3 mile active recovery dog walk today. I think the marathon will take me over 6 hours, but I should be under the 7 hour time limit.

Las time i ran the half was in 2010 20th annual following christmas tore a hamstring muscle looking forward to it this year ive done 21 full Grandmas marathons :) 25th annual Gary Bjorkland half

Thanks for sharing the promo info, PATWALKS! It makes me to try for it as my half marathon training is going well. The half is in May. I'd have six month weeks until the full!
