Hello team
Just wanted to ask a question. Do you fine that posting your fitness minutes help you in your workout plan. I used to do it but I don't any more. Now that I have stepped up my workout by joining a gym, i was thinking many I should start posting my minutes again. So what do you think? Is posting minutes helping you in your weight loss plan? Do you post everyday? And do you post what you do or just the minutes? I look forward to your input!
