Bra's have always been my issue too...when I first started rebounding I would wear 2..then it can hinder your breathing..I finally found some by Champion that were made like a double and were so comfortable..then they stopped making them :( good thing was I bought all the ones they has left on sale at Target and have about 10 of them.. bad thing is they are coming close to the end of their lives and my search for a new bra is on again! Any suggestions from anyone out there would be great..I have tried moving comfort and nike..and neither one are that great on me

I usually exercise in capris or bike shorts for this reason. Do not be afraid to go a size bigger for comfort, especially in the thigh area. You dont want any thing too tight or too loose. My biggest rebounding problem is to get my bras right. I hate to stop a workout to adjust.

Yep, learned my lesson the hard way...that is why when I started training others in running I was adamant about trying out clothing before your event!!! Chafing is seriously a very painful experience!!!

I always wear fitted Capri's to exercise in for this very reason..not necessarily on the rebounder but running, cycling etc...I tried one time to run in a running skirt that had built in tights..they were too loose and rolled up my thighs and I got the chafing..this is during a half marathon (my first)...not fun...I use body glide, or a gel deodorant works as well..and a great find is diaper cream..besides the fact that its white :(

Alright, I admit that I forgot who asked about this topic.... but it's been asked several times over the years, so I think it's a pertinent topic to add to our files.
