I would say if swimming to to much for you ankle you should see someone. Walking alone is probably aggravating the injury.

Any workout would be upper body and core, all would be off the feet, sitting or prone.

If it doesn't have a chance to heal, it won't.

Ponder the path of thy feet
And
Let all thy ways
Be established. Proverbs 4.26

I am not sure if you are working with a doctor, physical therapist, or someone else and injuries can get worse if you aren't careful. I am in PT often for one reason or another. I would suggest you start with them. If you aren't working with a PT or physician, try asking a trainer at your gym. Sometimes they can tell you where to start without charging you. I hope things get better quickly for you!

Hi Yall,
Im not asking for medical advice but I hurt myself and now I ended up with somewhat swollen ankles with little bit of pain I want to start back working out. I normally do like 78 laps = like an hr and a half. what would be a light work out but still hard core that I have a chance at losing weight at the same time workout during the healing process of this ankle situation.

Thanks
Lu
