According to my FitBit, in 2014, I walked 3,450,964 steps. Less than 10,000 a day. Seems I'm doing a better job of remembering my 20K days than of noticing all the days when I'm at 7K or 8K. I want to do better. FitBit says 6285 floors - I feel pretty good about that, but I think I can get to 11000 this year. I've been looking for glutes exercises - what better than to just get in more stairs? I have them in my house, so no excuses.

My goal for 2015 is 6.2 million steps (how on earth do I think I'm going to train for two half marathons without putting in the miles?), 11000 flights of stairs, 2888 miles on foot. Anybody want to join me?
