Starting Weight 11/18/18: =147.2

Goal Weight: - I just changed to hip and waist measurement BUT will weigh in on my last day of a challenge I am in- and can also get on scale for 1/6
-I am just trying to stick to plan and not so much getting on scale. Monthly measurements.

Hip=41 and waist =32.5

-will weigh in on 12/19=

Starting Weight: 119.8
Goal: HOLD or aim for 119 with upper limit of 120

Nov. 20- 120.5. OUCH! Time to take action this week!
Dec. 3- 120. Pushing the exercise and measuring all grains and legumes.

Dec. 13- 119.5 but the best is that my waist has now dropped to 28.5". It seems like it has been above 30" forever, obviously the core work is paying off!

Dec. 21- still holding at 120lbs. Food plan in place for next week apart from one visit on Christmas Day, that I will enjoy regardless of what foods and drinks will tempt me.

Dec. 31- 120.3 lbs this morning, would prefer to be on the downside of 120 but considering holiday foods I came close to holding. Onwards to 2019...,
