If you are on FaceBook (I no longer am) then you need to ask to join the Engine 2 Seven Day Rescue group - there is a files or videos section and you should be able to still watch them all.

It's been awfully quiet - did anyone besides me do the whole thing?

I loved Jane's video with the different ideas of how to just throw things together to make a meal and just having some batch-cooked ingredients on hand. Made a big difference in my house for sticking to it. My son is even mostly on board once I explained why dairy is bad for him. Having a hard time getting him to give up the ice cream and ravioli, but he's willing to try new things and taper off those.

I just signed up for the challenge and should be getting my book on Tuesday. I am excited to have found this group. I am hoping between this team and the Facebook group I will be able to stick to it and finish strong.
