This month TEAM CHALLENGES
TEAM CHALLENGE - Walk 500 miles - okay I will adjust down if we only have a couple of people doing this but 500 miles sounds awesome.
TEAM CHALLENGE -- 5000 FITNESS MINUTES!!!
The team crushed the first team challenge of 5000 fitness minutes in May!!!
Came up a little short on 7500 in June so back to 5000.
NEWCHICK's TEAM CHALLENGE -- EAT 500 FREGGIES (Fruits and Veggies)
This is going to be close in June - so this challenge is a keeper
NEWCHICK's TEAM CHALLENGE -- 1000 Push Up Challenge
We (Thanks Jan) has actually done almost 600 in part of May.
I am going to commit right here and now to contributing 500 to this challenge by myself!
2014 Go for the Gold Individual Exercise Challenge
The goal here is to track May's exercise minutes and reach one of the medal levels.
SparkPeople Goodie medals will be awarded to those who achieve one of the levels.
Gold Medal - 2000 plus minutes
Silver Medal - 1500 plus minutes
Bronze Medal - 1000 plus minutes
