I have thought about skipping phase 1 - especially the first two weeks of it - but I have found that I actually enjoy the shorter workouts and the 4 days of workouts at the beginning after finishing up one round and then starting a new one. I still push hard and usually up my weights when I start it.
The point of Phase 1 is to build muscle by doing the weights and no cardio, but - honestly - I have ALWAYS still done cardio anyway.
There are a lot of people out there who DO skip it, though.. so if you decide that's what's right for you, then go for it.

I'm new to LiveFit, but not to fitness & strength training. I did Phase 1, but felt it was pretty easy. I could've probably skipped straight to Phase 2. Becki would probably be a good one to comment on here, because she has done LiveFit quite a bit longer & knows the recommendations better than me.

Hi everyone.....I have been doing the beachbody workouts and am wondering if anyone has skipped Phase 1 of Livefit and started at 2? If so, what was your experience like?
