If you are at the main page emoticon there are hyperlinks to "Food List" and to "Recipes."
I can't find the "meal plan" that I used to see there. It was really general and I didn't find it very helpful. For me, it just as easy to just tweek my Spark Nutrition goals to be a little higher in protein and a little lower in carbs. Then do your best to dump any white flour, white sugar foods and increase your lean protein, vegetable and fruit servings.
