I haven't been all that hungry either, but over the weekend I primed & painted the entry way of my house and after that I was STARVING! I know I got my HR up because I could feel it and broke into a good sweat while painting (this all after my ST workout for the day). I think you're right that once we add that cardio back in it will make a difference in our appetites!
