Back in action. It has been a long 2 months, training, half day schedules, illnessess, bad weather. But I am back, and happy to be hitting the grind stone again. Lost some of my progress so I gotta step it up

Well it has been very busy for me lately, Thanks Giving, work, workouts, family, guess it is that time of year. I am still getting my workouts in so that is good. Hope everyone had a Happy Thanks Giving.

I was able to get my Yoga X in last night at home. Never been able to go more than 40min due to limited time, but last night I had some extra time, that stuff is pretty tough. I hope that at some point I will get time to work on those poses. It's slow moving but it really is a workout.

Today hit the Gym in the morning, at lunch its more P90X legs and back.

Feeling a lot better today, still some left over stuff in the chest. Good workout in the gym this morning. Work had other plans for me at lunch so not P90X, as of yet. Hopefully I can get it in at home.

Still under the weather but I can stop now, I am just one pound away from 210. Already changed my goal to be at 200 by the New Year. Switching from Classic P90X to P90X lean seems to be paying off. Today is Shoulders and Arms.

Got sick over the weekend and put back on the 6lbs I had lost. Very frustrating. However today I am back down 5lbs. Not looking to do the yo-yo thing but at least I am back on the right track.

Yes dropped the 6lbs I put on last month. Only took two weeks. I hope to lose another 6lbs by my next weigh in in two more weeks. I can do it.

Back to the gym and my luch workouts. However I did take a break from the gym thismorning, been hitting the weights hard this week. Still doing the P90X yogaX at lunch. Changed from Classic P90x to the P90X Lean. I gained 6lbs this past month, not a good thing in the ARMY especially when you are not currently making weight.
