A little extra walking. My work team has joined the 100 miles in 100 days program from our Parks & Rec Department, so we'll all get in a few more steps than usual!

Just did a 15 minute stair circuit on my work break. I'm no longer freezing in my cubicle needless to say.

20 minute walk. During the course of my work day if something is needed at another building, I volunteer and walk over !

Yesterday was an extra Spark designed workout for 15 minutes, wall pushups, T kicks. You can go on the fitness portion and design your own workout then add it to the fitness tracker !

Yesterday was raking and bagging leaves - though I didn't eat any treats yesterday- unless you count Turkey Stew as a treat ?

Yesterday was switch kicks, total was 112 througout the day, 20 or so at a time. I'm determined I am going to beat Thanksgiving - but I'm going to enjoy it too !

Yesterday I challenged myself to do as many pushups throughout the day as I could.

Did 15 first time, then 21, then discovered that I could do 25 at a time ! Finished with 122 for the day Whoooo hoooo !

Let's have some Holiday fun ! We all are faced with the choices of indulging (or not) during the holidays. So, a Spark article I read yesterday presented the idea to Burn more calories in order to Earn the indulgences we may want to enjoy (in moderation of course). So this is a thread to encourage and post exercises you do in addition to your normal workout to burn a few more calories during the Holiday season (or any season you tend to indulge a little - football season, January stay indoors and cook season, Spring Easter candy, Summer cookouts etc.) Let's go ! We can get stronger and healthier but still enjoy a bit as well !
