I am huge on rock and roll...so I have Kiss - I Was Made for Loving You (and others), Three Days Grace - Animal I Have Become (and others), Sixx A.M. - This Is Gonna Hurt (and others) also some Ratt. Scorpions, AC/DC some Van Halen...you get the pic.
I find alot of the 80's hair bands had a pretty good beat. I tend to walk fast enough to the beat that I return home covered in sweat.
Hope you find some you like.

Well I would be interested in which songs you have put on your ipod/mp3 player ... Evanescense Bring Me To Life is pretty upbeat as are a few of nickelback's songs... I would go with Smooth by Rob Thomas and Santana, also Maria Maria it is a great tune although you may be dancing while you walk emoticon . You may like Train's She's on Fire... some REM... best suggestion I can make is go to Youtube and type in different groups and pick songs that seem like walkable songs to you:)

Keep the dream alive, don't let it die

If something deep inside you, keeps inspiring you to try,

Don't stop

And never give up,

Don't ever give up,

On you

When I'm out walking, I need music that has a good beat to it. It helps me to keep moving at a fast pace. I have all type of music on my i-Pod.

I don't follow any beats per minute thing. I listen to what I like. On my little mp3 player I have music from the islands, Skar, reggae etc. I have some Indian, Portuguese, in particular Fado (it's a style of music) Gypsy Kings which is the name of a group and they play Flamenco.
Josh Grobin, I have some Opera, Country, Shania Twain, The Judds. I guess what I am trying to say is anything and every thing is on that little player.................oh I lie, there is no jazz. I can not get into that as close as I come is Billie Holiday!!!!! LOL

Good Luck and think outside of the box, you never know what you will find and like!!!

Watching salt intake also trying not to buy foods that have high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.

No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.

If an item has more than 10 ingredients I put it on the Do Not Buy List as it is too processed.
