Berry Luscious Silk Almond Smoothie

To eliminate processed sugar, here is sweet sugar free smoothie made with unsweetened berries which is both refreshing and so yummy...Hope you enjoy...

Combine one cup skim milk "I substituted with Silk Almond milk unsweetened" one cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries or mixed berries, one tablespoon cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil or I substituted with "Olive Oil" and one tablespoon sunflower or pumpkin seeds, in a blender and process until smooth.

Note: Silk Almond Milk unsweetened is 30 calories: Skim Milk is 90 calories

Flax seed oil 1 tablespoon = 120 calories
Olive Oil 1 tablespoon= 119 calories

The Calorie count for altered Smoothie could be 60 calories less.which could mean recipe will be approximately 196 calories per serving...

Nutrition (per serving): 256 calories, 14 g fat, 1.5 g saturated fat, 106 mg sodium, 26 g carbs, 19 g sugars, 3 g fiber, 9 g protein
