I am a DVD fan and have a bunch to keep it interesting. I sometimes get one from the library and netflix so I always have something new to add to what I have.

I personally think navigating sidewalks even when walking (especially in East Boston where I live) can sometimes be a workout in itself. Although a lot of sidewalks are clear, they don't have any entrances TO the sidewalks cleared...so basically you have to climb a four foot tall wall of snow and ice to get onto the sidewalk. So not fun.

It's sometimes hard to exercise when the days are so cold. How do you become motivated for working out in the winter?
