I have a friend who is making some changes and I let her look through some of my progress pics and tried to walk her through a few things. I think we might both be doing it together. Hopefully. Definitely for today, I'm trying to up my water and to eat more at home/home-cooked meals. So far so good but I'm going out so I'll need to grab something outside for dinner. That's what is scaring me today, lol!

Hey team!

So Labor Day 2015 usually marks the end of Summer. It falls on September 7th this year which gives us roughly a month and a couple of days. A new habit takes about 21 days to create.

What changes can you make to your life to create new healthy habits?
