Thanks for the advice.. I had some personal stuff happen and once again I feel like I am putting myself on hold because of it. Some how my relationship is on the rocks and I didnt even know it, I found out on accident. So once again I stop excercising and hardly eat at all.. I either dont eat or dont stop eating. One day at a time and hoping it works for the best :(

Yup I agree with everything that taso said lol Just take it easy and dont get discouraged if you can finish the whole workout or you feel like you cant keep up. Just go at your own pace and believe me you will start to feel stronger as you go along! I dont see much of a difference in my weight either but I do feel stronger!

I got no tips for you except to take it slow and do what you can, lol! It's a tough program and it only gets tougher. The first month is made up of videos that have a long warmup, a stretch segment and then two circuits of three exercise blocks. Month 2 has MOAR, lol. Pure Cardio is 14 minutes of straight up cardio after the stretch. Killer. In the second month, I think it's cardio plyo that is a straight cardio block. I don't remember. The workouts in month 1 are like 35 to 40 mins each. In month 2 they are 45 to 60 minutes. And Week 5 is one video straight for like six days.

I actually love Insanity, Month 1 more than Month 2, lol. Only because it's shorter and easier for me to get in. Since Month 2 came in for me, it's been tough to keep up. Yami and I are actually in the middle of Month 2 of Insanity at the moment. Two more weeks and we should be done! The first time I did Insanity, it helped me lose the last ten pounds to hit goal weight. This time around though it hasn't really done anything for me except attempt to kill me in the privacy of my own bedroom. emoticon

I got the Insanity workout and am gonna be getting into it full swing soon. I did the Fit Test which kicked my butt for real. Any suggestions, tips etc would be greatly appreciated!
