checking in, how is the plan for VDAY going for all? I'm up again after vaca but that is life-- this week i'm going to get tons of exercise and watch the food

Although most of the time I feel like writing down my goals is a recipe for failure, I'll do my best to set super-attainable goals. Which, for me, is something like a half pound a week (and even that's a stretch...apparently my body is hanging onto my fat with everything it's got!).

So, by V-day I must be under 200 lbs. MUST. MUST. MUST!!!
St. Patty's day: another two pounds down
April fools: another single itty bitty pound.

So the overall goal is to lose at least five pounds between now and April 1. Five pounds in eight weeks. Bring it on.

For Vday: I will say to get back down comfortably to my original goal weight. I am currently two pounds away from this goal.

For St Patty's Day I want to lose about three pounds. Pending.

And For April Fools I want to lose another two. Pending.

Zo, the cruise is leaving from FL and making stops at Key West (I think) and Cozumel. And then there's one full day at sea. But I keep reading up on all the stuff that the cruise ship itself has and I just keep getting excited again! I just really want warm weather because Winter always keeps me in a rut. emoticon

Well here it goes...

I want to be down at least another 3 pounds by Valentines day (down 5.2 in the last 3 weeks since I started WW)

Another 5 pounds by St. Patricks day

Another 3 pounds by April Fools

Thats a total of 11 pounds but is realistically only 1 pound per week so totally attainable as long as I keep up with things and dont allow the fact that my friends mom is going to be staying with us. She is coming from Alabama and lets just say her cooking will not be indicitive of the healthy eating I am trying to maintain. Wish me luck!

Hmmm:

For Vday: I will say to get back down comfortably to my original goal weight (I think I'm about 3 to five pounds over)
For St Patty's Day I want to lose about three pounds.
And For April Fools I want to lose another two.

It's been tough the last few weeks. I still work out and try to eat right but a lot of things are up in the air because my guy's family is in town and his brother will, at some point, be staying with us full time so I keep trying to juggle everything. At the moment I'm still trying to hit goal weight again because I have a cruise in 27 days, lol!

I'm not even sure. lol My schedule and stuff have gotten sooo weird with Pike that it's hard to say how quick my progress will be. But my habits are getting better, and I'm getting more active, so... ::fingers crossed::
