cecile's yummo bars

yummy no sugar but sweet bars for whatever and whenever...

2 large bananas
1/4 c applesauce or more if you want them moister
2 cups oats.. old fashioned
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1.2 cup chp dates
1/4 cup walnuts

mash bananas and applesauce and add dry ingred

mix

spoon into 9x 12 for 20 min in 350 degree oven.. EAT!

GREAT FOR FREEZING!

I made pumpkin bread during the summer because I was DYING for some and didnt want to wait until the fall season when I would find some in the bakery lol It came out pretty good and its definitely a recipe I will do over. Got if from spark recipes.

Also, this will be an every year thing now! Last year I made pumpkin cheesecake for the first time and it was SO good. Its not a healthy recipe I can tell ya that much lol but its so good, and if you want a yummy treat, definitely try it!

OH and one more! LOL This one is a spark recipe too and it is REALLY good. Basically like the inside of an apple pie but so quick and easy to make and it taste great warm with some ice cream on the side, or on top of pancakes or french toast. Mmmm mmmm mmmm!
