i make an onion, tons of garlic, 1/2 pound of ground chicken, some tomato sauce and a can of black beans and that is my stuffing for my whole wheat tortillas with cheddar cheese, i made three of those this week for breakfasts and lunches.. yummy.. little work

My Goals:

goal 1 --exercise 2 days a week in 2014

There is a corn, bean, and avacado salad recipe that I got from spark that I love to use at get togethers and is always a hit!

1 can of corn, 1 can of black beans, 1 ripe tomatoe chopped, 1 avacado chopped, cilantro, onion chopped (I forgot how much but not that much! lol), a little bit of olive oil, and some fresh squeeze lime juice. Toss it all together and mmm mmm mmm! SO good!

greek turkey burger, turkey, onions, garlic, feta cheese, olives mixed together, bake with tomatoes on top and put on top of 2 cups fresh spinach.. yum

Brown rice steamers with veggies... grill chicken breast dice and mixe with steamed rice and veggies add a little cheese or herbs...Yum!

Cut up any veggies on hand toss together add some grilled chicken and slices of avacodo...toss with some dressing or lemon juice and enjoy!
