I did pretty well this week I think I only gave into an overeating urge once this week. One of the things I did do to help that is: I put into my food plan one thing I feel is a comfort food. Since it is already with in my cal count for the day it does not wreck my mental attitude or actual food pattern. Now that the weather has turned cooler I added a cup of hot coco, during the summer it was a piece of angel food cake with fresh or frozen strawberries or other fruit. The cooler weather brings on thought of soup and soup is a wonderful food that if made well is something you can eat a lot of and still be low in cals. Cabbage soup is one of my favorites.

Eating this week has started out terrible (donuts, birthday party, etc.) and probably won't get much better. Tomorrow we are going to the fair. Wednesday we have a potluck and Thursday is my birthday. At least I'm getting lots of exercise to help offset the food.

Did great Friday and Saturday. Blew it big time today. I ate very unhealthfully (if that is even a word lol) today. Hopefully it will be a better day tomorrow.

I have to be diligent about caring for myself. 100 DAYS OF WEIGHT LOSS is a great way for me to keep focused. Day 1 is July 1, 2017. Build habits to produce success. Most of these habits I have at least tried before but did not sustain. First habit: delay eating by using a timer.

I also am in this week! I've really been struggling with some personal issues and treating myself at night way too often. Then, of course, the next day I think how stupid! It didn't help or change a thing. So.......this week, I'm going to log on to spark before eating anything after dinner.

Also, I'm way under logging in my 1000 minutes for the month, so I'll have to play catch up. This is my first accountability week, so I'm not sure how this works. It sounds like a great idea! Ann

I am so proud of you all! We are still here sparking! Awesome!
It has been almost 10 months now. Ten months! Wow! pat yourself on the back!

My recent "diets" used to last a day at most. It has been many months and we are still at it! That is miraculous. I know we are making progress in managing this eating beast!
And we are helping each other do it. I could never ever stick with this all alone! It has been (almost) fun trying to lose weight!

Thank you all for making this a great team. I have made many new friends and that thrills me to death. I feel I can get on here and vent or crow or tell a joke and get a response from someone. What a great feeling that is.

So, stay strong --just 7 days. Or if it is one day at a time--wonderful! You can start your day over at any moment. So don't ever say "I might as well blow the rest of the day!" after having a treat, or two. Start clean right then and finish the day strong and lean!
