I started doing the dvd's last week then got sick. I see alot of people saying tabata is their favorite. That would've been my next one so I'm doing it tomorrow. I ran almost 3 miles this morning.

Started the program today. After doing P90X twice and finishing Insanity round 2 last saturday, I thought this would be a breeze. Well, without being a killer, the pace was fast and I was working!!

I like the fact that it is quite a short workout. I'm glad I got it. Should finish december 3.

The best has yet to come.

YAY ME!!!!!!!!!
I FINISH DAY 90S AND I AM HAPPY WITH MY RESULT AND HAVE NO REGRET OR DOUBT IT WILL WORK FOR YOU AS WELL. I GAIN STRENGTH, DID BETTER ON CARDIO... WHICH I HATE TO DO, LOL. AND I LOST 2 INCHES ON MY WAIST AND LOST MY HANDLEBARS AS WELL , LOL, THEY MAY CALLED THEM LOVE HANDLES BUT THERE NOTHING TO LOVE ABOUT THEM EXCEPT TO HOLD ON TO, SO IT THE HANDLEBAR FOR ME, YAY ME... WENT DOWN FROM 190 TO 170 , BUT I DO HAVE TIMES WHEN I STRUGGLE WITH THE UP AND DOWN BUT IT A LEARNING CURVES SO NEVER STOP LEARNING. I BEEN WORKING OUT FOR MORE THEN 4O YEARS AND HAVE TRY IT ALL, BUT THIS IS THE ONE I LIKE THE BEST AND MY BLOOD PRESSURE WENT DOWN AS WELL AS OTHER HEALTH PROBLEM IMPROVED SO OVER ALL, IT WAS A GREAT CHALLANCE AND LOVE THE RIDE. NOW I WILL TAKE A WEEK OFF AND REST MY MIND AS WELL AS BODY AND WILL START BACK AGAIN AND WITH NEW CHALLANCE AND HEAVIER WEIGHTS AND HOPLY STOP CRYING WHILE THAT MEAN GIRL... SALLY... Today is day 30 for me and lost 6lbs and 6 1/4 inches all over. I was expecting a little bit more but overall I'm happy with the progress so far. Better than gaining huh emoticon It may have been better but I didn't follow their nutrition plan. I do feel like my strength is getting much better and I feel slimmer especially in my clothing. Looking forward to the rest of the program.

I've complted 30 days. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take my measurements before starting the workout. I lost 4 lbs. that number probably would have been higher if I had a totally clean diet, which, I'll be the first to admit, I do not. And I probably never will. But, I do feel as if my posture is better, I feel less jiggle on the backside as I do my mountainclimbers and many people at my job have told me that I looked more toned. So, there are improvements happening. On to the next 30days!

Great post idea! I didn't take photos, but here are my 30 day results:

Lost 4.5 pounds!
Lost 9 inches in the first 30 days.

Chest from 37 to 35.5 (-1.5)
Waist from 29 to 27.5 (-1.5)
Hips from 42 to 40.5 (-1.5)
Thighs from 25 to 24 (-2.0 total)
Calfs stay at 14
Arms from 13 to 12 (-2.0 total)

Looking forward to days 31-60! Goal is 5 pounds and 4 inches.

Your welcome emoticon lol I just got to get back into S90 again! Been doing a lot of my other workouts that I own...I have way to many I like...today was an oldie 60 minute workout:The Hare by the firm lol years ago I could use 10lb leg weights on my legs and today I was brought down to 5...need to work on that workout way more often!! emoticon

That is awesome MistyBlue!!!! Your pics prove that it isn't all about the weight loss. You are looking great!! I want to take pictures but lost my digital camera so I haven't been able to yet. Hopefully I will find a way to take them soon.

Hey everyone, I wasn't sure where to post this but I wanted to share my 30 day results and encourage others to do the same. I haven't taken pics but I have taken all of my measurements.
Here they are:
Day 1:
Weight: 174.8
Arms-12
Chest -38 1/2
Stomach-39
Hips-42
Thighs- L-24 1/4 R 24 1/4
Calfs- L-15 1/4 R 15

Day 30:
Weight: 168.4
Arms- L-11 R-11 (-1 inch)
Chest- 37 1/2 (-1 inch)
Stomach- 38 (-1 inch)
Hips- 41 (-1 inch)
Thighs- L-22 3/4 R-22 3/4 (-1.5 inches and -1.5 inches)
Calfs- L-14 3/4 R-14 3/4 (-.5 inches and -.25 inches)
Totals-
-6.4 pounds
-7.75 inches off entire body

I was hoping for more but I feel it is still pretty good. I did take 3 unscheduled rest days and had 4 days I overate but otherwise I did really good and added extra cardio almost everyday (got to have my Turbo Jam).

Anyone else have any results to share?
