Little Graham and I are getting on a routine (just in time for me to go back to work and him to daycare, of course) and now he's taking consistent daytime naps. That means I have time to exercise - and I have been!! Today it was 30 minutes of intermediate level yoga from OnDemand. Boy was I sweating!

I put the little one in the stroller yesterday and went for a 2.25 mile walk on my slightly hilly route. It was good, but more challenging than it should have been. :) Mostly because things got awfully stretched during pregnancy and are shifting back to where they started and it's a little uncomfortable...

Hi all! Sorry for the absence...I'm not much of a team leader these days. I'm officially halfway through my pregnancy (21 weeks 3 days to be exact) and just found out this week that we're having a boy!!! I've been really good about keeping up my walking (it helps to have a little hound dog who loves his walks) - I walk every day, usually multiple times a day. I'm still going to yoga 1x a week, but would love to go more. The running, however, has taken a back seat, but I have high hopes of getting back into it after the baby comes and maybe NEXT spring finally running that half marathon.

Gardenchick - it's good to see you again. 4 marathons in 4 months that is tough. Glad your back running again.

I plan on walking 3 miles today. I need to fit it with packing. we are going to germany soon. i'm a little worried about our son on that long of a flight.

Good to see you. I think just taking it all out and putting it back together different was probably easier, lol. Except that it was all so rush rush that I had to sand and stain the cabinets once they were up over a new floor and around new paint. That was not fun!

I am going to the gym this week to sign me and dh back up. My new basement is less than stimulating and I am finding it hard to get my mojo back down there. I think taking 4 weeks off from ST was a huge mistake. I just can't seem to get the fire back. And now I am on a taper so I think I am on hold till the first of the year to get 100% back to it. I haven't done legs since March. I had so many marathons and was on a constant taper/recovery. I promise myself right now I will get my butt back! lol. My gym didn't have much in the way of classes a few years ago so I am hoping that has changed. ok, need to get to work. Projects are everywhere.

Looks like you've been busy! I've been through a minor kitchen upgrade a few years ago (cabinets and painting over brick walls) and I can't imagine gutting one.

Good morning everyone. Wow has it been a long time! Tlc and Spartan I am glad to see you holding down the fort. Hope you are both doing well. I didn't read too many posts but I saw Momto3 also.

I am still running a lot. There has been a lot of change for me and I am starting to find my footing again. We have moved and have a house for sale. We totally remodeled our new home including gutting a kitchen in 2 weeks and I have spent the last few working on project after project. ST has been minimal and I now am dealing with a shoulder and wrist injury. Running is coming back around. I did a ton of marathons in the spring, took a break in the summer and really didn't do much race wise except for the Crim. I was burned out. 4 marathons in 4 months is not a good idea. I did my 10th on 10/10 and have Dallas planned for 12/5. Then the winter slowdown comes. Ahhhh. Luckily all that I learned here at SP helped and I am still maintaining. I think it will be 4 years in December. So that is the quick catch up. I hope to be able to get back in here and see how everyone is doing. Have a great week everyone!
