Hi ladies!

My spring goal is to lose five pounds by June 1st. I gained a little weight but I figure its because I am using weights and muscle weighs more than fat because my diet hasn't changed. My clothes are still a little big on me and that is the guage that I measure myself LOL. I will keep you posted! We can and will meet our goals.

I try hard, but some days the scale just does not cooperate. Usually I do my best when I focus on ADDING healthy things rather than taking away things.

Life is happening now, not 10 pounds from now.

Was so sure I had gained weight because my tummy seems so much bigger, but got on scales this morning and weight was just the same. Went 6 weeks with no desserts or sweets and didn't lose a lb. Discouraging! Will try again so I can lose those 5 lbs. by June 1st.

Just seeing this challenge. Sometimes things just don't seem to register. I will give it a try. Trying for 5 lbs. I have to control intake of carbs. Always my problem. I am a big carb addict. That will be hard for me.

10 pounds would be good, but for me a more realistic goal is 6. I am eating healthy and exercise when I don't have back and feet issues. At the moment, I have gout.

As many of you have said, I am planning to lose 10 pounds by June and get my blood sugar under control, as it has been worse lately than ever before. My main way to accomplish this will be to eat less sugar and to do at least 10 min of exercise each day, even if just stretching is all I can do. I have been in denial about having diabetes (type 2) over the past few months and have been eating sweets as if I did not have it, which has resulted in weight gain...18 pounds gained over the past 8 months emoticon

By June I would like to lose 10 pounds and be in one size smaller. What I will do to reach this: Continue to work out at the gym three times per week. I will increase the weights I use and push myself on the cardio. Example: Treadmill: I will increase the incline and distance throughout the two months.

Another goal: Walk 10,000 steps or more per day at least 4 times per week.
