My long term goal is to lose the 50 pounds.

My short term goals are
1. Measure my food before eating.
2. Be aware of "grazing".
3. Drink 64 ounces of water a day.
4. Be active everyday. Exercise 30 minutes 5 days a week.
5. Meditate daily.

Tracking daily
Working out 3-4x per week
Cooking healthy

Life is happening now, not 10 pounds from now.
